Milwaukee Bucks forward Carlos Delfino underwent surgery to repair a sports hernia on Thursday morning. He’s expected to return to basketball activities in six to eight weeks, according to a tweet from the Bucks.

Delfino missed 10 games at the end of the season due to a groin injury that he had suffered at the end of March. In 54 games this season, the starting small forward averaged nine points and almost four rebounds per game.

The Argentinian forward had been planning on joining his country’s team in the 2012 London Olympics this summer — a team that includes San Antonio’s Manu Ginobili and Houston’s Luis Scola. He told reporters last week that he hoped his decision to undergo surgery early on in the summer would allow him enough time to recover before the games. The Olympics begin on July 27.

Much of Delfino’s future is still in question, not only with the Argentinian national team, but also with the Bucks. Delfino is currently an unrestricted free agent, along with forwards Ersan Ilyasova and Kwame Brown.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Scott Skiles will return to coach the Milwaukee Bucks next season.

Skiles told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Tuesday that he would be back as the team’s coach. His agent, Keith Glass, confirmed the decision in a telephone interview with The Associated Press.

Glass said Skiles would not necessarily receive an extension before next season. Skiles has a year left on his contract, which was extended in 2010.

Bucks officials did not immediately confirm the decision.

Skiles is 146-166 in four seasons with the Bucks. He led Milwaukee to a 46-win season and made the playoffs in 2009-2010, where the Bucks lost to the Atlanta Hawks. They have missed the postseason two straight seasons since then.

The 2011-12 Bucks didn’t really fit Skiles’ typical hardnosed, defense-first approach to the game. They averaged 99 points per game this season, fifth-most in the league. An impressive passing team when they were at their best, the Bucks averaged 23.5 assists per game — third-best in the league.

But they gave up 98.7 points per game, putting them in the lower third of the NBA. And they were outrebounded by an average of 2.24 per game, the fifth-worst margin in the league.

Certainly, the Bucks’ defensive and rebounding stats were hurt by the absence of Andrew Bogut, who spent much of the season struggling with more of the injury problems that have dogged his career.

During his four seasons in Milwaukee, Skiles never had Bogut — the No. 1 pick in the 2005 draft — healthy for a full season. Then Bogut was traded to Golden State in a deal that sent gifted scorer Monta Ellis to Milwaukee. Skiles scrambled to fit Ellis and defensive-minded forward Ekpe Udoh into the team with a little more than a month left in the season.

Speaking to reporters the day after the Bucks lost their regular-season finale at Boston, Skiles sidestepped a question about whether he wanted to be back next season.

“I have a contract with the team,” Skiles said at the time. “This is not a great time, probably, to ask or answer that question. It’s a disappointing season. I’m as responsible as anyone, probably more so, for the results of this season. I realize that. I would never run from something like that. I think I deserve, though, a few days to decompress before I get into detail about it.”

A full season of Ellis and Brandon Jennings playing together has the makings of an explosive backcourt.

But on a team without a true superstar, Skiles said last week that every returning player had to improve over the summer to improve the Bucks’ outlook.

Despite a rough beginning to the season that included a 0-8 start on the road and an air of ongoing tension between Skiles and Stephen Jackson — which finally ended when Jackson was included in the trade with the Warriors, who subsequently sent him to San Antonio — the Bucks were beginning to play well just before the Bogut trade. Then they went on a run, winning four straight at the beginning of April to run their record to .500 and making the playoffs look like a realistic possibility.

But the Bucks lost five of their last seven to miss the playoffs.

Going into next season, the Bucks could use a big man who can consistently guard the rim.

“I think being undersized really had a lot to do with it,” Jennings said in the final week of the season. “Not to say that our big men weren’t doing the best job that they could, they were. It’s just that we didn’t have that true center like Bogut.”

MILWAUKEE (AP)

Scott Skiles will return to coach the Milwaukee Bucks next season.

An impressive passing team when they were at their best, the Bucks averaged 23.5 assists per game – third-best in the league.

During his four seasons in Milwaukee, Skiles never had Bogut – the No. 1 pick in the 2005 draft – healthy for a full season.

”I have a contract with the team,” Skiles said at the time. ”This is not a great time, probably, to ask or answer that question.

”Without the one guy that can carry you and covers up all other weakness, we need everybody,” Skiles said. ”We’re dependent on everybody getting better this summer. Everybody coming back with the right mindset and the understanding that if we don’t guard, we’re not going to be as good as we can be and things like that. If we can do that and stay healthy, we’ll have a pretty good year next year.”

Despite a rough beginning to the season that included a 0-8 start on the road and an air of ongoing tension between Skiles and Stephen Jackson – which finally ended when Jackson was included in the trade with the Warriors, who subsequently sent him to San Antonio – the Bucks were beginning to play well just before the Bogut trade. Then they went on a run, winning four straight at the beginning of April to run their record to .500 and making the playoffs look like a realistic possibility.

But the Bucks lost five of their last seven to miss the playoffs.

Going into next season, the Bucks could use a big man who can consistently guard the rim.

”I think being undersized really had a lot to do with it,” Jennings said in the final week of the season. ”Not to say that our big men weren’t doing the best job that they could, they were. It’s just that we didn’t have that true center like Bogut.”

Jennings has developed his game under Skiles and has been supportive of his coach. But with the season slipping away last week, Jennings acknowledged his frustration at falling just short of the playoffs for the second season in a row.

”We’re right there, but we weren’t able to capitalize on it,” Jennings said. ”So it’s not like we’re way at the bottom or anything, we’re always like ninth or 10th. It’s always like one or two games out. That’s the most frustrating part.”

Running low on time today, i’ll be back tomorrow hopefully with some more news.

MILWAUKEE — Scott Skiles will return to coach the Milwaukee Bucks next season.

They have missed the post-season two straight seasons since then.

The 2011-12 Bucks didn’t really fit Skiles’ typical hardnosed, defence-first approach to the game.

“Without the one guy that can carry you and covers up all other weakness, we need everybody,” Skiles said. “We’re dependent on everybody getting better this summer. Everybody coming back with the right mindset and the understanding that if we don’t guard, we’re not going to be as good as we can be and things like that. If we can do that and stay healthy, we’ll have a pretty good year next year.”

It’s just that we didn’t have that true centre like Bogut.”

Jennings has developed his game under Skiles and has been supportive of his coach. But with the season slipping away last week, Jennings acknowledged his frustration at falling just short of the playoffs for the second season in a row.

“We’re right there, but we weren’t able to capitalize on it,” Jennings said. “So it’s not like we’re way at the bottom or anything, we’re always like ninth or 10th. It’s always like one or two games out. That’s the most frustrating part.”

Gotta run!.

MILWAUKEE — What only a week ago was supposed to be a critical game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night was instead a rather meaningless one. With the 76ers having already nudged out the Bucks for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, neither team had much at stake in the Bradley Center. But despite using patched-up starting lineups, both teams played a surprisingly competitive and entertaining game. After trailing by five points at halftime, the 76ers rallied in the second half for an 90-85 victory before a sparse crowd in the Bradley Center. 76ers coach Doug Collins used the occasion to rest several of his key players before the start of the playoffs. But Collins still had the services of guards Evan Turner and Jodie Meeks and they nicely picked up the scoring slack. Turner and Meeks finished with 29 and 27 points, respectively. Turner scored a team-leading 15 points in the first half to keep the 76ers within striking distance of the Bucks at 50-45. Turner also hit a tough, clutch jumper to give the 76ers an 86-81 lead with 3:10 left. Meeks, who began his pro career with the Bucks, scored 13 points in the third quarter when the 76ers outscored the Bucks 26-13 to take a 71-63 lead heading into the final period. Meeks also came up big in the fourth quarter. He connected on a key 3-pointer with 8:29 remaining in the game, giving the 76ers a 76-60 lead. Meeks also made a pair of free throws with 6:57 to go in the game. The Bucks, who are headed to the NBA Lottery for the third time in the last four seasons, also used a patched-up starting lineup that had only one regular starter in it: point guard Brandon Jennings. Seldom-used rookies Tobias Harris and Jon Leuer got rare starting calls and responded admirably. The 19-year-old Harris — the second-youngest player in the NBA — flashed signs of his potential throughout the game, especially in the first half. That’s when the 6-foot-9 Harris scored a team-leading 11 of his 15 points. Harris also grabbed a team-high six rebounds in the first half. Leuer, a second-round pick, finished with eight points and six rebounds in 21 minutes. Besides Harris and Leuer, the Bucks got a team-high 19 points from Jennings. Reserves Mike Dunleavy and Larry Sanders contributed 12 points apiece. The Bucks got a strong showing out of center Ekpe Udoh in the first half when he scored eight points. But Udoh experienced soreness in his right knee and only played a minute in the second half. While Jennings was the only regular starter on the court at tip-off for the Bucks, the 76ers were without two of their regular starters, forwards Elton Brand and Andre Iguodala. The “B” teams still acquitted themselves well early. The game was tied at 22-22 before the Bucks created some separation by moving to 29-24 lead at the end of the first quarter. Evan Turner carried the scoring load for 76ers in the opening period with 10 points. Center Ekpe Udoh had eight points for the Bucks in the first quarter. The Bucks continued to expand on their lead in the second quarter. Dunleavy’s jumper gave the Bucks a 39-29 advantage with 8:02 before halftime. The Bucks went to the locker room in front, 50-45. Harris totaled 11 points in the first half, with Dunleavy contributing 10. Turner was the only 76ers to score in double figures by halftime. He totaled 15 points. NOTES: Three of the 76ers’ top players — Brand, Iguodala and Thaddeus Young — didn’t accompany the team to Milwaukee in order to rest up for the playoffs. Lou Williams, the 76ers’ leading scorer and Sixth Man of the Year candidate, was with the team but didn’t play. … Young has been shooting the ball exceptionally well lately, having connected on 31-of-46 field goals in the last five games — a white-hot 67 percent. … The Bucks started two rookies, Harris and Leuer. … The Bucks finished the season with just two sellouts at the Bradley Center and entered Wednesday’s home game with an average attendance of 14,757, the lowest in franchise history. … Bucks center Larry Sanders returned to action after serving a two-game suspension for his involvement in an altercation during last Thursday’s game in Indianapolis. … Jennings is the only Buck to have played in all 65 games this season. … While the dates, times and sites of the playoffs have yet to be determined, 76ers coach Doug Collins said he expects his team to open the playoffs Saturday afternoon against the Bulls in Chicago. … Collins on the truncated 66-game season: “It’s been a tough year, it really has.”

That’s all the news for today.

Consulting with a small business mentor can offer many advantages. But there are many crucial things to contemplate before you actually decide to go out and find a coach. You will have more success using small business guidance if you keep the following guidelines in mind.

Your finances cannot be ignored when it comes to hiring a small business coach. It is best to evaluate your finances and figure out how much you can allocate for coaching at this time. Coaches charge a variety of rates, and this is certainly a consideration you must pay attention to. You would not want to overextend yourself or enter into massive debt for coaching. Then again, it’s also possible to consider coaching an important investment in your business’s future. How much you’ll be able to spend on coaching is an individual matter, and depends on where you are right now, and what you’re comfortable with. This really is something you need to calculate so that guidance fits into your overall budget for your business.

Only some business mentors are experienced in small businesses, so make sure the person you hire is qualified to help you. There are some excellent coaches who have been effective with multinational companies, but who may not have the right kind of experience to understand your particular challenges and issues. A coach who mainly works with employees of large corporations will have a different perspective that may not be relevant to your needs. A coach doesn’t need to have your exact background, but he or she needs to have some familiarity with small businesses. You should therefore look for someone who markets his/her expertise specifically as a small business coach. Of course, some life advisors work with all types of people, and there’s nothing wrong with that if they have some knowledge of small businesses.

All right, we have reviewed the first couple of points regarding Business Coaching, of course you realize they play a significant role. But there is so much more that you would do well to study. It is difficult to ascertain all the various means by which they can serve you. Once your knowledge is more complete, then you will feel more self-confident about the subject. The rest of the article will provide you with a few more essential points to bear in mind.

An excellent coach will support you to make positive changes to actions and outlook, so you have to be ready for this. A coach will only guide you when you’re at the stage in your life where you’re willing to try new possibilities. Guidance is focused on identifying areas where change is needed. Although a good advisor can point you in the right direction, it’s still up to you to take the appropriate action. When you’re resistant to change, it can be difficult for the coach to get through to you. Consequently before you get started on any coaching, decide that you’re willing to try something new. Because of this you’ll be open to any helpful suggestions made by the coach.

If you want to experience better results for your organization, hiring a coach may be the best thing you can do. If you’re open to making positive changes, a coach can point you in the right direction. We have discussed a lot of important considerations related to hiring a coach for your small business. All things considered, if you are planning to invest your time and money into this, you want to get the most out of it.

Unfortunately, space did not permit a full treatment of this important topic. It is tough to really discover all there is to know about Business Coaching because we know how busy you are. But you can gain the optimum advantage with more in-depth understanding. A lot of people see the mountains of info on the web and they get intimidated very quickly.

There’s certainly absolutely nothing really hidden about best ways to do well at Cordless Impact Wrench, really. We occasionally tend to be skeptical except if you are practicising the Right Angle Drill wrongly. The point of it all is sometimes just waiting to be found.

If you are a small company owner, a solo entrepreneur, a salesman or perhaps an executive, business coaching may be able to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals faster. However employing a business coach may not be the solution to solving your problem and it depends on the type of person you are. On this page, we’ll help you assess if finding a coach is likely to benefit you or not.

Even the best coach can only help you when you are willing to listen and take advice. You will find individuals who are too stubborn and too independent to get any benefit from business coaching. Having strong independence is a good trait to have if you are an entrepreneur. But this sort of independent thinking will restrict your ability to learn the tricks of business right away. In case you are considering hiring a business or life coach, make sure you’re open to taking advice from someone else. If not, it will likely be a misuse of your time and money.

There a variety of business coaches offering up their services today, and before choosing one, you should make sure that he or she is a good match for you. You may not profit from business coaching if the person you hired is not exactly what you were looking for. This can mean selecting a coach who doesn’t have the right experience or qualifications to help you, which is why you should always do some research into their background and check some of their references. On the flip side, you may have a business mentor who is very capable but does not align with your needs. It is best to work with them just once over the phone or in person to see if a coach will match up to your personality.

We are providing you solid pieces of info here, but do be aware that some are more important to understanding Business Mentoring. What is more critical for you may be much less so for others, so you have to consider your unique circumstances. But we are not finished, yet, and there is usually much more to be revealed. We are saving the best for last, and you will be delighted at what you will find out. We think you will find them highly relevant to your overall goals, plus there is even more. The author also recommends you to check out the Electric Impact Wrench review.

Almost certainly one of the best uses for a business coach is when you are making a change in your personal or professional life. While you make plans to move, a business advisor will be able to help keep you focused on what you need to do and to help clarify your goals. It is usually difficult and a little intimidating to venture out in a new direction, and a business coach can help give you some needed support. A business mentor will be able to give you the self-assurance you need to make that next big step up the ladder of success.

If you want to advance with your career or business, a business coach will help you greatly. Be certain that if you plan to hire one that it seems sensible for you to get one. The aspects we’ve talked about in this article can help you decide if a business coach might be a good idea at this stage of your life. If you feel that a business coach is the thing that you need, go out and do some research and find the right business coach that aligns with your goals.

One thing you may find quite a surprise is the degree and breadth of all there is concerning Business Mentoring.
These are powerful points, to be sure, and you can realize excellent results as well. But there is a great deal even more than that about this. You will acquire the most by getting to know and using the kind of information that offers you the greatest leverage. Yes, there is much more and it does get better and more potent.

We occasionally tend to be skeptical except if you’re doing the Best Cordless Drill wrongly. The fact of it all is occasionally just waiting to be found.

Whenever hiring new workers, many companies are applying personality tests as part of the process. These personality assessments help companies uncover who could be great leaders and who could be people they should avoid. Businesses could decide among a variety of personality tests that measure different factors to determine what type of intellect or personality a prospective employee has. This information will investigate what are the benefits and drawbacks of using personality tests to find out potential leaders in a company.

A successful business is usually built on a variety of factors, so it’s not a good idea to only hire people of a particular type. When you use personality tests, therefore, it is advisable to recognize that you need diversity within your organization. It’s not a good idea to hire people with the same personality as you. For example, some managers and business owners choose to focus on hiring people who are team players. It’s also good, however, to get some independent thinkers who may notice things that the rest of the team misses. You should take into account that different people are usually smart for different things so want to have as many different types as possible.

While companies do use personality tests to screen prospective hires, some experts are not sure of their usefulness. Just one objection to them is the fact that people aren’t always honest when filling out personality tests. They may reply in the way they believe is wanted rather than giving their honest answer. Obviously, much more complex tests take this factor into account, but it still can make scoring them difficult. Whether or not you need to add a personality test in the selecting process largely depends on your attitude toward such exams. Some people favor a more easy-to-use approach, interviewing someone and getting a gut feeling about them. You will probably have specific employers who rather use the data taken from the personality test to help make the selection.

Now that you have read this far, has that stirred your views in any way? You may already have thought that Leadership Potential is a large field with much to find out. We have found other folks think these points are valuable in their search. At times it can be tough to get a distinct picture until you discover more. If you are uncertain about what is required for you, then just take a better look at youir specific situation. You have a solid base of a few important points, and we will make that much more powerful for you as follows.

With a personality test as part of the interview process, you will be able to find the right candidate based on the results of the test. It won’t really make a difference what sort of employee you are looking for, a personality test will give accurate information about that person’s potential. The feedback that you get from a personality test is not 100% reliable but there is no other way to get this type of useful data. The test can provide the information you need to know to place that person in the right job role. They can be put into use when choosing new employees or given to those who already work for the organization. If you did not use a personality test for your staff, you may not know what type of person you actually hired until they are well into their job.

Using a personality test can be a good approach to measure the potential of your employees skills and leadership ability. You should never use the outcomes of the test entirely but as part of a whole hiring process. There are many different personality tests that suit particular needs so it is best to do some study and find out what’s out there before you choose.

The amount of data and content regarding Leadership Potential overwhelms a lot of people when they start researching it. You can take what we have shown and use it to great effect in your own circumstances. But it would be an oversight to believe that is all there is to it. You will acquire the most by learning and using the kind of information that offers you the very best influence. What follows after this is the kind of material that most will probably have no clue about.

There exists certainly absolutely nothing really hidden about ideas on how to learn Cordless Impact Wrench, seriously. We sometimes tend to be doubtful except if you’re practicising the Right Angle Drill incorrectly. The point of it all is sometimes simply waiting to be found.

Friday was Monta Ellis night at Oracle Arena.

In his first game since being traded by the Warriors to Milwaukee, Ellis finished with 18 points, four rebounds and four assists in 38 minutes as the Bucks routed his former team 120-98. It wasn’t one of his most sterling performances, but Ellis still captured Warriors fans.

“It was great how the fans applauded, showed their respects,” Ellis said. “I respect them for that. Much love. I’ve been here for seven years. It was up and down, but at the end of the day, I can’t ask for anything more.”

When his name was announced with the Bucks’ starting lineup, he got a standing ovation, which increased after his two-hand wave to the fans. He got another ovation when

just before tipoff he went over to the Warriors’ bench and greeted his former teammates — and kissed his son, who was in his usual spot behind Golden State’s bench.

Then, after the first timeout, fans cheered again after a video tribute.

“You’ve got to respect a guy like that,” said Ellis’ new backcourt mate, Bucks point guard Brandon Jennings. “A guy who played hard like that, a guy who basically was carrying this team for a long time. There was a lot of love. Even when he was sitting on the bench. I can tell they were upset that he’s gone. But, uh, we’re happy.”

On Tuesday, after six-plus years wearing No. 8 for the Warriors, Ellis was traded to the Bucks, along with big men Ekpe Udoh and Kwame Brown, for one-time All-NBA

                			center Andrew Bogut.

Golden State also got swingman Stephen Jackson, a former Warrior, in that trade — but shipped him to San Antonio just before the trade deadline Thursday for small forward Richard Jefferson, guard T.J. Ford (expected to retire because of injury) and the Spurs’ conditional first-round pick.

Bogut and Jefferson were in attendance. Bogut is unable to play because of a fractured left ankle. Jefferson wasn’t able to play because the trade is not yet complete, as Stephen

Jackson had yet to pass his physical with the Spurs.

No matter anyway, as it was all about Ellis on Friday. He said before the game it felt “weird” but still seemed to be happy with the move.

It was certainly a different Ellis from the one Warriors fans were used to. He was wearing green and scarlet instead of blue and gold, No. 11 — “My high school number” — instead of No. 8. No longer the centerpiece star, he was a cog in what looked like a well-oiled machine.

Former Warrior Mike Dunleavy had 24 points on eight shots. Forward Luc Mbah a Moute had a career-high 22 points to go with 17 rebounds. Ellis finished third on the Bucks in scoring.

“I think it’s best for both teams,” Ellis said, adding, “I knew it was going

to come to this at one point I my life. I used to be that young guy coming in and playing behind Baron (Davis) and Stephen Jackson and then they (left). I knew one day that some young guy was going to come in behind me and do the same thing, so I was prepared for it.”

The guy who replaced Ellis, rookie swingman Klay Thompson, had a stat line that resembled his predecessor. Thompson finished with 19 points on 6-of-17 shooting with four assists.

Power forward David Lee led the Warriors with 22 points and nine rebounds. Small forward Dorell Wright had 17 points and seven rebounds.

But it was the Warriors’ defense that completely failed Friday. Ellis didn’t even need a big night, as Milwaukee scored a season-high in points while

shooting 48.4 percent. The Bucks had six players in double figures, with Jennings’ 13 being the lowest.

And the Bucks played without one of their best players, Ersan Ilyasova (illness).

“They destroyed us,” Warriors coach Mark Jackson said. “They treated us like we were their little brothers. … Anyway you look to define being thoroughly outplayed and physically beaten up, we made a case for it.”

Ellis said he didn’t have any revenge motives. But on his first time touching the ball, he took a shot. He pulled up from the left corner of the free-throw line and dropped in the 15-footer.

He wound up with eight points on 2-of-5 shooting with two steals in the first quarter. Milwaukee dominated early, taking a 31-12 lead

into the second quarter — Golden State’s season-low for points in a quarter. Ellis didn’t have to do much else the rest of the way.

“I really just want to get the win,” Ellis said before the game. “I’m not going to try to come out here and kill the Warriors. Like I said, they were great to me. They gave me my shot. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be the Monta Ellis I am today.”

After the final horn sounded and he completed his postgame interviews on the court, Ellis said one more goodbye to the fans. He waved to the screaming remnants as he headed toward the visiting locker room.

Monta Ellis night was complete.

Udoh said he hasn’t slept much. The sudden trade still has him gaining his bearings. Throw in a new city, new team and a new system, and Udoh’s head is spinning right now.

“The way we whip the ball around,” Udoh said, “that’s going to take some getting used to. I just got to figure out my role, get acclimated and I’ll be fine.”

He finished scoreless on two shots in 19 minutes. He had four rebounds and four fouls.

Whereas Udoh was a rising star with the Warriors, he’s behind a few young big men who are on their way to pretty good careers themselves in Ilyasova and Mbah a Moute. But minutes are available at center, where career power forward Drew Gooden is now starting.

The Warriors got their 11th sellout of the season. The last time Golden State sold out a game against Milwaukee was March 16, 1996 — exactly 16 years ago.

On March 13, the Golden State Warriors made a trade that was a necessary change. They broke up the Stephen Curry and Monta Ellis backcourt by trading away Ellis – along with Ekpe Udoh and Kwame Brown – to the Milwaukee Bucks for Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson. Jackson, who had already played with the Warriors, was quickly moved on March 15 to the San Antonio Spurs, who sent back Richard Jefferson, the rights to T.J. Ford, and a conditional first-round draft pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.

With all the changes that have been happening in Golden State as of late, the Warriors reacted fairly well. They earned a 115-89 win over the Sacramento Kings on March 13, and lost on a late jumper by Kevin Garnett to the Boston Celtics 105-103 on March 14. Klay Thompson and Nate Robinson, who started both games, had especially great performances against the Celtics. Robinson netted 20 points and had 11 assists, while the rookie Thompson scored 26 points.

Now, on March 16, the Warriors will watch Eliis and Udoh come back to Oracle Arena, but this time wearing Milwaukee Bucks uniforms. There is a possibility they may not play, as the Warriors have to complete their physical of the injured Bogut. However, if they do play, I expect plenty of boos in Oracle Arena whenever Ellis touches the ball.

In listening to what Ellis had to say when he first arrived at the Bucks’ training facility, it seemed as if he really did want out of Golden State. The two words that ring in my mind from his interview were, “I won.” As if to say that he had been trying to leave Golden State for a while and may have been making it hard on Warriors‘ management to have him around. It’s almost as if Ellis was playing a game with the Warriors in order to get moved to another team.

While the Bucks are currently in the eighth spot of the playoffs in the Eastern Conference with a 19-24 record, they’re not much better than the Warriors currently are. In fact, if the Warriors were in the Eastern Conference, they would be half a game ahead of the Bucks and in the playoff picture as of March 15.

After being such a supporter of Ellis, as most Warriors fans were, I can now see why the Warriors moved him. His attitude was not conducive to the environment the Warriors are playing in and definitely didn’t seem willing to continue to work hard for the team. Whether or not Ellis and Udoh play for the Bucks on March 16, I think they are going to be in for a rude awakening when the Warriors take down the Bucks in exciting fashion.
