Published: Jan. 11, 2011 at 5:20 PM ATLANTA, Jan. 11 (UPI) — Severe winter weather in the Atlanta area led to the postponement of Tuesday’s NBA game between the Hawks and Milwaukee Bucks. A large storm has covered much of the U.S. Southeast with snow and ice, making travel hazardous. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, one of the busiest in the world, has seen hundreds of flights canceled in recent days and many roadways are closed because of slippery conditions. Both Atlanta and Milwaukee have games Wednesday, with the Hawks scheduled to play at Toronto and the Bucks at home against San Antonio. Tuesday’s game has been rescheduled for March 15.
